A: No. Because of the size difference, the 4.72″ x 7.48″ envelopes will not fit into our 5″ x 7″ postcards. The only option would be to use the 6″ x 9″ which might be too big. Please note that our postcards don’t come with envelopes.Q: Do you offer matching designs? Can you create a custom design for me?
A: Yes. We offer a wide selection of postcard templates categorized by industry. Click on “Start Designing” to explore them. Also, our design experts can create a unique design for you if you had something different in mind. Click on the “Design Services” feature on the top bar to submit your request.
Q: Can I use my own design?
A: Yes. After you make your initial selection size, orientation, paper weight, paper stock and quantity – click on “Start Designing” to upload your postcard design. You can also choose one of our professionally designed templates like political postcards, real estate postcards, thank-you postcards and new address postcards.
Q: Will you send me a proof before printing?
A: Yes. We offer a PDF proof feature so you can see how your personalized postcard will look when printed and detect any errors before completing your order. On the design page click the “Proof” button on the top menu.
Q: Can I write on the back of the postcard?
A: Yes, but we recommend choosing uncoated or recycled paper stock for better results.
Q: Can I download a Photoshop or Illustrator template so I can create my own design?
A: Yes. We offer both Photoshop and Illustrator templates for postcards. You can find the download link under “Product Specifications” tab above.Q: How soon can I get my postcards order?
